Registration received by December 31, 2011: $39 per person, includes lunch. Registration received by February 26, 2012: $49 per person, includes lunch. Registration received by Feb 28, 2012: $49 per person, lunch on your own. After Feb 28, 2012, please register at the door ($49 per person, lunch on your own) Confirmation You will receive a confirmation of receipt by mail or email within two weeks of registering.
