Registration received by December 31, 2010: $39 per person, includes lunch.
Registration received by February 27, 2011: $49 per person, includes lunch.
Registration received by March 2, 2011: $49 per person, lunch on your own.
After March 2, 2011, please register at the door ($49 per person, lunch on your own)
Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation of receipt by mail or email within two weeks of registering. This receipt will serve as proof of registration.

Cancellation
All cancellations will be charged a $5.00 fee per registrant. Cancellations and refund requests received:
